A tour of the villa

Ground floor: When you enter the villa, you first walk in to the open kitchen with dining area. From here you can walk to the 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom that are downstairs. Both bedrooms have a door going outside. In the kitchen you can also find the door that leads to the garage. This garage has enough space for a pick-up or SUV and even some other stuff, like divegear or a scooter. Through the doors in the kitchen, you can walk outside to the terrace and the pool.

First/top floor: Throught the stairs by the entrance of the villa, you can walk up to the first / top floor. Because of the double doors, the first floor can have its separate entrance, which makes renting possible. Once upstairs, you enter an open living room with second kitchen. Here you can also find doors to a balcony in the front and a spacious roof terrace in the back. Through this living room, the other 2 bedrooms can be reached. These bedrooms also have an en-suite bathroom and doors opening up to the balcony.

Outside: Around the villa, there is a large garden. Behind the villa, you can find the pool with poolbar and the terrace.
